Elise Had a Birthday, (in October) Shout Hooray!

Elise, you are now three years old. You love to dress up. You wear dresses or skirts every day that you can. You love to dance and pretend that you are the Backyardigan Tasha doing a balancing act. You know all of your colors and shapes. You miss Hannah when she is at school because she is your best friend. You love playing all kinds of imaginative games that often involve dragons and princesses. You are very empathetic. You notice how other people are feeling. You cry when you hear slow music that you think is sad. You are the first person to offer comfort if someone is sad. You do this by running to grab them a tissue and then giving them loves and pat-pats. You are really good about going to bed in your room. You like to have a story read to you and then to have mama sing you a song when it is time for bed. Elise, we are so thankful to have you as part of our family. We love you! Happy Birthday!
